Hi, I love the product! Larry, was very nice to deal with too. However, shipping was a problem. I live in a small town in NH. UPS kept saying for a week weather delay, which I knew wasn't true, all my other pkgs were getting here. When I told Larry, he told me to contact UPS. I had to make several phone calls, and was on the phone being redirected for 2 hours. My husband finally had to drive 40 minutes to the UPS warehouse and it took them over an hour to locate it. Very frustrating!! I told Larry I wanted to be refunded for the $32.00 shipping cost and he gave me an extra $10.00 off. That was fair, however I don't feel it's the customers responsibility to spend that much time trying to get their package, Larry should have made some calls. If you are in a small town and any snow on the ground, beware with UPS!
