We try to provide the best experience for you when placing wholesale orders with us. This is still a bit of a work in progress for us. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.Â

Minimums
Each item is sold in increments of 6 of the same design on the same product type. Please be sure to add increments of 6 to your cart when ordering online. When ordering products that come in multiple colors, you can mix and match colors as much as you like to make the increment of 6.
Shipping Costs
- If you'd like to pick up your order and safe a lot on costs, we can make those arrangements.
- Generally, the most cost effective way to order is increments of about 48 pieces. When ordering lots of smaller items, you can get more in a box. This seems to provide the best price with UPS ground at around .75 per item.Â
- Delivery can sometimes also be an option.
Do I have to place my order online?
No. You do not have to.
You can still email your order to me. I will manually enter your order on the website, apply your wholesale discount and send the invoice. Your order will show up in your order history the same as if you directly placed the order online.Â
Can you do custom designs on your products?
Yes I can!
Requests can by made in the Get a Quote section of the website. Choose a product, fill out the form and I'll get back to you.
Turnaround times
We strive to turn orders around within 5 to 7 days.
During the busier Summer and Holiday seasons, this may take a couple extra days.
Pricing our products
That question is up to you almost entirely. Lots of factors like shipping cost and overhead vary quite a bit from store to store.
The base MSRP I have listed on my site is the absolute minimum you should charge. I would call it a very good value for the product.Â
You should be able to sell for more. What your customers are willing to pay will vary from place to place and how you present the products.
Markup on most of my products should be about 120%Â or more. The lower priced items, like keychains and can coolers, maybe not quite as much. The higher value items, like insulated items, probably more.
For example, a rocks glass you buy costs $6.11 wholesale. A 125% mark up will put that rocks glass $13.75. Rounding up that rocks glass to $13.99 would still be a decent price and put that glass at $1 more than my listed MSRP. Still a decent and fair price for the product to keep your inventory moving.
Of course, the pricing strategy is entirely up to you considering your overhead cost. Lower prices mean you'd sell more. Higher prices mean more gross profit but possibly selling fewer.Â

Net Terms and Late Fees
We can discuss NET30 or more terms after there has been a regular ordering relationship between us. Reach out if you'd like to talk about terms.
In order to receive NET terms, your account needs to be in good standing. Accounts that are not in good standing or are regularly late with payments may have their NET terms revoked.Â
Late NET payments will incur a 1.5% charge at our discretion. After 30 days past due, a 2% charge will be applied every month the payment is late.

Exclusivity in your area
We can definitely discuss exclusivity. I understand how competitive it can be out there. We will always try not to sell the same items to other retail shops in the same area regardless of exclusivity.Â
Once exclusiveness is agreed upon, it must be maintained with regular orders each year and having your account be in good standing.

Do you offer higher wholesale discounts?
Yes we do.By ordering more items from us, we can move you to higher discounts. This could be a onetime large order or frequently ordering from us over the course of the year. Get in touch for more information.Â
Drop shipping
If you prefer not to deal with shipping or a customer wants to place a custom order. I can offer to dropship them for you and you will receive the same wholesale discount you receive now!
In this case, increments of 6 DO NOT APPLY. Payment needs to be upfront and the item must be shipped to your store or the customer's address.
