Applying your UV Sticker

Our UV stickers are super durable for any hard surface. They key is to apply it correctly so it lasts.

These stickers can be stuck to any hard surface. Tumblers, laptops, car windows and more.

How to apply

1. What you’ll need

Your transfer sticker
Isopropyl alcohol (70% or higher) or an alcohol wipe
Lint-free microfiber cloth
Squeegee, scraper tool, or a credit card
Sharp hobby knife or needle (optional, for bubbles)

2. Prepare the Surface

Wipe down your hard surface (glass, metal, plastic, ceramic, or wood) using rubbing alcohol.
Allow the area to dry completely. This removes oils, dust, and fingerprints so the permanent adhesive can bond properly.

3. Burnish (Pre-Squeegee) the Design -

Lay the sticker down on a flat table with the clear carrier side facing up so you can see the sticker.
Rub firmly over the entire design back and forth a few times with your squeegee or credit card to help separate the design from the paper backing.

4. Peel the Backing Sheet
Carefully peel away the white backing paper from the sticker.
Keep the transfer flat and avoid letting the exposed adhesive touch anything or fold onto itself.

5. Position and Apply

Align your sticker carefully on the item.
Note: UV stickers grab instantly and cannot be repositioned once pressed down.
For single decals, place the middle down first and roll or smooth outwards toward the edges to prevent air bubbles.
For tumblers or wraps, anchor one edge and slowly curve or roll the sticker around the object.

6. Press and Seal

Rub over the top of the clear transfer film using heavy, firm pressure with your squeegee, credit card, or fingertips.
Go over any thin text and detailed edges multiple times.
If you get a small air bubble: Poke a tiny hole in it with a needle or X-acto knife, then press the area flat with your squeegee to camouflage the hole.

7. Remove the Top Film
Slowly peel the clear top carrier film back at a sharp, low angle parallel to the surface.
If any part of the design starts to lift with the film, lay it back down and press it firmly again before continuing to peel.
