1. Your lake outline and the lake name in the font shown. In the personalization box, enter the name of your lake or pond and the state it's located in is required. Preferable what it would be called on any internet map search.
2. Solid press in lid with opening for drinking and room for a straw. Lid upgrades are available. See more below about each lid.
3. Your choice of color(s)

All available color choices are shown in the second product photo. Choose to order one color from the dropdown selection or use the option to order in multiple colors.
How to order multiple tumblers in different colors:
- Add the total amount of tumblers you want to order.
- List the total amount colors you would like.
- Make sure your color list matches the amount you add to cart.

About your lid options:
- Comes with a press in lid. Lid does not close completely shut, but still keeps you beverages at the right temperature.
- Snap close lid flips open and and snaps close. This style is truly spill proof. Your best bang for you buck in my opinion.
- Magnetic close lid rotates to open and close easily. The black rotating piece is removable for cleaning.

How to order and timelines:
1. Help me find the lake you're looking for:
★ The name of your lake or pond and the state it's located in is required. Preferable what it would be called on any internet map search.
★ Further information like the county or a nearby town would be very helpful to help me find it quickly, especially if there's more than one with the same name in your state.

2 Design and layout information:
★ Every lake is different in width, height and overall coverage. I do my best to make the lake and words look good on the tumbler.
★ Most designs will be centered on the tumbler vertically. If its a very horizontal lake, I may place it centered on the top 1/3 of the tumbler if that looks better.
★ Maximum etching size for these is approx. 2.5 x 3 inches for vertical and 3 x 2.5 inches for horizontal shaped lakes.
★ Size of the font will range from 16 to 20 points. Font size will depend on the total coverage of the lake. Longer names may require a slightly smaller font.
3. Mockup approval email:
★ In a day or two, I will send you a mockup of what your item will look like to the email address provided in the order. Be on the lookout. Approval is required.
★ If I don't hear a response within a few days, I'll reach out again to you to see if you've had a chance to review the mockup.
4. After Mock up Approval:
★ Your order will be added to production when I get your approval. I will let you know that I received your approval and it's heading into production.
★ Once in production, you can expect about 2 or 3 days for it to be ready to ship.
5. Shipping address and carrier information:
★ We ship USPS. Be sure to provide a valid Post Office address so we can quickly get your order out to you or your gift recipient.
★ All shipping quotes are through the Post Office or UPS system. We do add a small fee to each item to cover packing material to ensure safe delivery.
☆☆ Your order is guaranteed to arrive safely. Sometimes things happen in transit out of our control. If you do encounter any breakage, I'm more than happy to replace it. Your invoice will contain instructions on what to do to get a replacement.

☀ Q: What if the locals call my lake something different than what's on the map. Can you name it what the locals call it?
☆ A: I am happy to do that. This happens a lot.
☀ Q: Can you add other personalization to these?
☆ A: We are not offering to further personalize these beyond the lake and lake name. If you would like me to leave the name of the lake off, that's okay.
☀ Q: Do you offer other font choices?
☆ A: I do not offer alternative fonts on these.
